Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Department Don purchase. If for any reason it's not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In their original condition

• Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

• Returned with any original tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@departmentdon.com.au. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Sale Items

Items marked as Sale, Archive Sale, or Clearance are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

 

How to Start a Return

Please email hello@departmentdon.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
