Department Don is proudly based in Mooball, a small country town in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from our studio using Australia Post.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During collection launches, sales periods, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will be in touch.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Duties & Taxes

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
